Privacy Policy

Matt Henry Music is a worship artist project under Carriage House Ministries (Isaiah 41 LLC), based in St. Louis. This is a simple site, and this is a simple policy: here’s what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you choose to sign up for updates about new music and shows.
• Your message — if you email us or use the contact form on this site, we keep your name, email address, and message so we can reply.
• Basic site analytics — anonymous, aggregate data (like which pages are viewed) to help us improve the site. No advertising or cross-site tracking.
• Chat messages— if you use the chat assistant on this site, what you type is stored, along with the page you were on and your browser type, so it can answer you and so we can improve it. The assistant is Anchor Chat, provided by Anchor Co AI (anchorcoai.com), and it uses AI services to write its replies. If you share your name, email, or phone number in chat, we may use it to follow up. We keep chat conversations only as long as we need them to run and improve the assistant, and we’ll delete yours on request. The assistant loads from anchorcoai.com on every page, so that service receives the standard information your browser sends with any web request (such as your IP address and browser type) even if you never open the chat; it does not set cookies. Please don’t share sensitive information in chat.

How we use it

To send you the updates you asked for, to reply when you reach out (including through the chat assistant), and to keep the site running well. That’s it.

Sharing & third parties

We use trusted providers to host the site, deliver email, and run the chat assistant (Anchor Co AI and the AI services it uses), and we share only what’s needed for them to do that. Links to streaming platforms (YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music) and social media take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your choices

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can opt out anytime. You may also ask us to see or delete any personal information we hold about you — just email us and we’ll take care of it. This includes residents of California and other states with privacy rights: we do not sell your personal information, and we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
